Q: As a Buyer how do I make a purchase?

A: It's easy, just click on the item you are interested in, but you need to sign-up or sign-in first to purchase our item. Then click ADD TO CART. To delete items from your shopping bag, mark the item you wish to delete, then click UPDATE CART. To complete your order, click CHECKOUT.

Q: Is my personal information kept private?

A: You can be assured that all your personal information will be kept private and confidential. For more information, you can read Privacy Policy

Q: What information would I need to divulge?

A: To register with myhandyshoppe.com, you will need to provide us your name, mailing address and email address. When you make your purchase, we will also require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. We may also, from time to time, use your contact details to inform you of our latest arrivals and deals, as well as other new services via email. If you prefer to not receive these updates, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Q: Do you disclose any of my information to outside parties?

A: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Q: How do I pay for my purchases on myhandyshoppe.com?

At present we accept Visa and Master Credit Cards, Direct Debit into our Maybank Account, Online E-Banking from 8 Malaysian Banks from customer saving or current account. For now, acceptable currency is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Please note you have to UNABLE COOKIES and Pop-Up windows, otherwise you will be not able to make a payment by online E-Banking. To allow Cookies go to Tools-Internet Options-Privacy and unblock Pop-up windows or Cookies.

Q: Shipping & Delivery

a) How quickly will my order arrived?

Standard Shipping Method: Rate depends on item. Package will arrive in 7 - 14 days

Priority Shipping Method: Rate depends on the item. The package will arrive in 3 - 5 days

2-day Shipping: Rate depends on the item. The package will arrive in two business day (for Malaysian customers only)

Next Day Shipping Method: Rate depends on the item. The package will arrive after 1 business day. (for Malaysian customers only)

Please note that for 2-day or Next-day shipping all orders have to be placed before 12 noon. All orders ship from our office in 1 to 2 business days.

b) What method do you use for shipping?

GDEX courier. 

c) Why if my order get Lost?

GDEX couriers are shipped with Consignment numbers (CN) and if you don’t receive your package within 2 weeks, we will use this Consignment numbers (CN) to investigate location and status of your parcel. If you wish to insure your parcel, let us know in advance, we will inform you by e-mail insurance charges.

d) How much is my refund?

We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive your return shipment, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Items can only be replaced with the same item in the same size, subject to availability, or for another product at the same price, subject to availability. Q: How to start selling on Myhandyshoppe Marketplace?

A: To start selling on Myhandyshoppe, you must have an active Myhandyshoppe seller account. You can start by registering here.

Q: What items can be sold on Myhandyshoppe.com?

A: You can sell any items new or used, as long as it remains in compliance with our policies and user agreements. Illegal items such as firearms, drugs, and other products deemed detrimental to the wellbeing and health of users are not allowed to be sold on myhandyshoppe.com platform.

Q: Can I sell counterfeit items?

A: No, it is strictly prohibited in Myhandyshoppe. Selling counterfeit goods is a serious violation and you may be legally prosecuted.

Q: How can I accept the payment as a Seller?

A: All payments will be processed through Myhandyshoppe's account. And we will ensure that every buyer receives the appropriate items before we disburse payments to you.

Q: How long will I get my payment?

A: The time to get payout varies, depending on your shipping process. And we will process the payment within 7 days after the buyer received the items. The buyers will confirm or we will get the update from the tracking status.

Q: How do we get the payment?

A: To get a payout, you can use your paypal account with no minimum withdrawal amount, or using bank transfer methods if you don't have paypal. Your Bank Account details must be provided at the time of account sign-up with myhandyshoppe.com. Payment settlement will be done every Friday. If Public Holiday falls on Friday then the payment will be done the following Monday.

Q: How much does it cost to sell on Myhandyshoppe?

A: Unlike other marketplaces, for the first year we waive the following fees: One-Off Set-Up Fee, Product Listing Fee, Annual Maintenance Fee, and Membership Fee. No hidden cost. We only take a small transaction fee from the total successful transaction. You don't need to pay anything before your item sold. We only charge the Annual Maintenance Fee from second year onwards.
